A Few Updates to Improve Tracking Speed and Accuracy
Two recent updates have been made that will improve the speed and accuracy for tracking credit balances and drops. Also, there were a few small bug fixes taken care of so if you were experiencing some problems yesterday, this is probably why. From the Entrecard Blog:
1. Fast, accurate credit balance tracking which works even under tricky situations
2. Fast, accurate drop tracking with immediate response - no more waiting for the batch processor to put your drops into the system, and no more drops going mysteriously missing. The new system should be 100% accurate - if your drop didn’t count for any reason, it’ll tell you. Your credits are applied to your balance instantly.
In addition, a number of minor fixes are in place, including one for the RSS feeds - hopefully they’ll start updating properly now.
So for those fast droppers who complained about it taking a while to update the number of drops you’ve made- this shouldn’t be a problem now!
